Our first ever ball was held on Friday 17^th May 2024 at Lochter, Oldmeldrum to celebrate our 50^th Anniversary.  Organised by Trustees Karen Moore and Christine Murray, over 120 guests enjoyed a three-course meal and danced the night away with local band Celtic Avenue and DJ Georgio yer Mannie. 

The ball raised an incredible £5,100 and plans are already underway for next year’s ball.  The Trustees would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of the ball through donations to the prizes, artwork for the art auction and with special thanks to Mark at Flux for the amazing design work, which was seen on posters, and throughout the venue on the night.

To top off an already fantastic and successful night, our main sponsors Nucore Group donated a further £12,000 to cover the Aberdeenshire Council cut in funding.
